Information:
The firm was founded in 2008 when it became the Gambia's first
processing plant producer of emulsion paint called Liwa Colours
Paint which comes in 1,000 shades.
Their paint factory imports
the raw materials and machinery from the Swedish paint manufacturer
called Liwa Farg.
Alfha trading produces mainly water based paints which are
suitable for outdoor and indoor use. The products also have
added fungicides to ensure wall remain free from Spirogyra
algae for 5 years and are resistant to peeling and cracking.
The factory's production is at such a level that they are
able to also export paint to neighbouring countries in the
West Africa sub-region.
