Information:
Banjul Premier Supplies Company Ltd. was founded in 1996 as
a West African supplier of various foodstuffs such as smoked
and frozen fish,
vegetables and locally grown cereals for export to various
overseas markets.
Seafood:
Among these pelagic-neritic products are Gambian smoked catfish,
Giant Tiger Shrimps,
King Prawns, smoked shrimps, Cuttlefish, fresh White Grouper,
African Sicklefish, smoked Sardinella fillet, smoked Bonga,
Ringed Barracuda, fresh
Long Neck Croaker and frozen Atlantic Mackerel.
Cereals & Vegetables:
The wholesale business also exports couscous, peanut &
rice porridge (Chura Gerrte) Tamarind fruit pods, millet (Chere),
Bologi, Potato & Cassava
leaves, Kinkiliba (Green Herbal Tea), Wonjo (Roselle), hot
green, red & yellow chilli peppers.
