COOKING INGREDIENTS:
1) 750g lamb
2) 2 large onions (chopped)
3) 2 Maggi cubes
4) Salt
5) Chilli Powder
COOKING METHOD:
1) Cut lamb into bite size pieces
2) Set on a very hot grill
3) Toss over and over to prevent burning
4) When halfway cooked, add chopped onions and salt
5) When meat is properly cooked, add the Maggi cubes and chilli
powder.
Afra can also be made with chicken, goat or fish. The dish can
be described as being similar to a barbecue
