Hands charity is an international, non-profit, registered
NGO which has been operating in The Gambia since 1993
helping to alleviate poverty among the poorest.
Among their activities are education sponsorships for
students, contributing towards paying for teacher's
monthly salaries, the provision of emergency aid and
food supplies, local environment, potable water supplies,
sponsoring the elderly and orphans, food production
and livelihood aid such as loans for small enterprise
start-ups.
