Information: TAFCE is a legally registered NGO charity
founded in 1998 by several young, local post graduates.
It's aim is to assist in rural children's education,
health & well being as well as the promotion of
their rights through various grassroots initiatives.
The children's charity is affiliated with the West African
Rural Development Centre (WARD) which is a community
development organisation.
The mission of TAFCE is to engage in the areas missed
out by other aid agencies working in the Gambia's North
Bank district.

infrastructure of schools, day care centres & youth
centres • Campaigning & educating local
