Tours Company Ltd. (a part of Edmond Hobeika & Son)
began its travel operations in 1983 as a ground handling
agency delivering support services to the major
international tour
operators.
Such operators come mainly from UK, Germany, Netherlands,
Belgium, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Among their services
are airport transfers to and from Banjul Airport, cruise
ship management, flights & hotel bookings for co-rental
air ticket sales, excursions in Gambia and Senegal.
Their headquarters is located in Bijilo, about 100 metres
from the main Kombo Coastal Road, also know as the Bertil
Harding Highway.
Today thet have around 55 working professionals on board
our team ready to assist and make your stay in The Gambia
an enjoyable one. Most of their staff speak either French,
German, Spanish, Scandinavian or English. Thet also
provide tour operators support. They have a fleet of
over 50 vehicles to cater for their ever-expanding choice
of excursions. These vehicles include buses, coaches,
4x4 jeeps and ex-army trucks and all serve as a means
to getting to different parts of the country.
Their excursions include "Roots Trail", Janjanbureh,
Makasutu, Sanyang Village and up-river to Tendaba.

Gambia Tours won the 28th International Award For Tourist,
Hotel and Catering Industry in 2003 held in Madrid,
