Sasco Import Export Gambia Ltd. was established in 1997
as a
gift
shop which later branched off in 2003 as Sasco Cash
'N' Carry selling bulk consumables to its customer base,
largely made up of supermarket grocery stores, hotels,
restaurants, private consumers and institutions.
In 2008 it became a limited company and wholesale importer
of FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) destined for the
Gambian groceries and household products consumer marketplace.
It has successfully achieved distribution rights for
major US, European and worldwide brands.
Through the development of its wide distribution network
and selling quality products with consistent service,
Sasco was able to establish itself as one of the leaders
in the Gambian FMCG wholesale trade within its first
ten years of trading.
