Background & Biography:
 Moulaye
Sarr is among the latest
crop
of Gambian painters from the up-coming generation. His
talent first came to light while in his very early
schooling education
where he had showed his talents as an artist by sketching
cartoon characters.
He spent some time in Senegal and was exposed to other
artists then he decided to come back to Gambia. His
works are created using acrylic paint, sand, charcoal
and other media such as fabrics. He is also an accomplished
portraiture.
