Cape Residence is made up of 12 spacious, luxury
serviced apartments set on a 3 floor complex located
between an up-market residential area and the
beach resort area of Cape Point in The Gambia.
Each accommodation unit is immaculate, uniquely
furnished and provides levels of comfort you would
expect from a 5 star hotel. The layout of the
lounge and kitchenette is pretty much open plan
but does not feel at all stuffy due to the generous
floor space of each suite.
The rooms with the best, panoramic views are the
penthouse suites on the top floor with their large,
angular windows overlooking the garden or northwards
where the sea meets the River Gambia estuary.
These are very spacious and are ideal for families
of up to 4 people. Some of the rooms on the second
floor have garden views and views of the Sunbeach
Hotel grounds.
The accommodation is close to many amenities,
which start at 100 metres away, such as restaurants,
the
craft market, a bureau de change,
tourist
taxis,
beach bars, a mini-market on Atlantic Road and
souvenir shops.
