This beautifully furnished, modern designed house has 5 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a walk-in bathroom and Jacuzzi for added luxury. The other guest rooms have a queen sized bed each. The property comes fully furnished with appliances from the USA, top of the range non-skid glazed wall tiles. The garden area is aesthetically landscaped with a tile driveway and plenty of fruit trees. The building is 100 metres to the main Sanchaba Highway and just 5 minutes drive from Senegambia Hotel / Omakan Hotel and main supermarkets. There is 24 hour water and electricity provided by a standby generator & water tank. The weekly price includes all utilities however, there is a small charge for getting internet access. There will be an on site person to act as watchman & helper.
