Review: The tight compound has octagonal huts each with double bed & good basic facilities (fridge, cutlery, crockery, NO kitchen), all in a very urban area. Each of the accommodations has its own private sunbed and terrace. There is 24/7 security guarding the site.

Garden Guest House


Location: Cape Point / Bakau border

Review: Live in an urban African location with basic facilities. Two apartments (en-suite, living room) & 7 bedrooms (en-suite), double bed. The eco-accommodation is located on the boundary between Bakau Old Town & the Cape Point residential area.

Romana Afram Hotel


Location: Near market & coast, Atlantic Rd.

Review: Romana is in a very urban location, almost next to Bakau Market & very near the fish landing jetty. There is little room between the room blocks to stroll around in & relax, so their bar comes in handy. The accommodation has a Bureau de Change, laundry service, a room cleaning service. It's a budget priced accommodation that is open all year round.
