Review:
Do you fancy staying somewhere that comes as close
to an African village environment as possible? Then
Geedema lodge might be right for you. Tucked within
the village community of
Fula Kunda
it could be mistaken as the homes of the local people.
However, inside the fairly compact rooms it is more
modern and generally more comfortable.
While staying at the accommodation you will have plenty
of time to do nothing, kick back, relax and enjoy
the sunny days. On the other hand transport can be
arranged for you to go to the nightspots of Senegambia
or to the nearest beaches such as Bijilo or Brufut
which are dotted with sleepy beach bars and restaurants.
The Roundhouses are bright and cheery. Room services
are kept simple but thorough. There is no guarantee
of hot water from the lodges' water tanks, but the
rooms are cleaned daily and sheets changed on a regular
basis.
Note: Room rates are for self-catering holiday accommodation.
