Farafenni
The Farafenni APRC General Hospital has beds for 250 patients
& was built in 1999 to provide better healthcare for 300,000
Gambians living in the North Bank region. |

in 1938 by the colonial government. |

Maternal & Child Health Hospital
In Bundung, the charity hospital has treated over 1000,000

a joint project between the president & the Department

Situated in Bwiam town it was built in 2003 and is operated
by the Gambian Government Ministry of Health. It treats approximately
16,000 patients annually. |
